'What homes do you have available?'

This is a question that Natalie and I regularly get asked, and due to the rising interest in our Village more often than not our reply is 'none at the moment'. Our new homes are built in stages of 4 according to demand and established homes become available when an existing resident needs to move from independent living. In order to secure a home when they do become available, we suggest completing an Expression of Interest form which includes a fully refundable $1,000 holding deposit. Our Village is becoming increasingly popular as more and more people realise after taking the time to visit that we are nothing like the older style Retirement Village, but more like an additional suburb of Mansfield with the added security and safety of a very tight knit Village community of similar staged people where everyone keeps an eye out for everyone else. Our homes are spacious, solar passive and modern as well as being exceptionally well priced. Currently we do have one brand new home available as well as an established home that will be ready for viewing shortly.
